Mayspare provide you with a return or exchange service, you need to apply within 30 days of receiving the goods, we will help you complete your return.

How do I return my products?

First, you will need to provide a complete receipt or purchase history to prove that your item was purchased from our store. Second, the items you return must be labelled and in their original packaging, free of signs of wear and use.

Please follow the steps below to return or exchange an item:

2.If we accept your return application, we will send you a return shipping label and print the label you received by email

3.Use the provided label to send all items back to the address provided to us

Items returned to us without prior contact email will be refused acceptance.If you have further return questions, you can contact us at info@mayspareparts.com.

Shipping fee issues

If it is your personal reason that requires a return, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return, and conversely, we will bear it. The specific cost is determined by the courier company.

Damage  issues

Please check and proofread the items after receiving them, if the items are missing, damaged or received items that do not match the order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will solve them. If it is our problem to receive damaged or incorrect goods, you will not be responsible for the costs incurred.

Exchange issues

The fastest way to exchange is to apply for a return of the original product and purchase a new product.

When we receive your returned product, we will check the item as soon as possible and inform you whether your refund can be approved.
