SHIPPING
Processing time:Order Verification,quality check and packaging.All orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
The manufacturer and courier company process the orders,which takes an additional 1-2 days.
Shipping time:This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.US orders which usually take between 7 and 10 business days to arrive at their destination, In special cases it will take longer. Besides,DHL,FeDex etc are also available.

Once you have alerted us you wish to make a return through an email contact.We will start the simple return process with you via email.
Normally we ship the goods from China.Meanwhile we also have warehouses.It depends the situation of the warehouse.

RETURNS&REFUNDS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mayspareparts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can find our refund policy at the bottom of the site and the refund will go back onto the same card you used to place the order with us.Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to show in your account.

We can accept Paypal and Credit card.(Paypal/Visa/Master/Maestro/Diners Club/Discover)
If your credit is declined there may be a few reasons:the card no funds available,you entered the wrong CSV security code,the card is expired,you entered the wrong billing information,the card does not allow internet purchases(card not present purchases)etc.In any event by calling your issuing bank call tell you why the card is declining.

Only unshipped orders may be canceled. Cancellation of an order can be done by sending us an email. Refund will be issued accordingly if card is charged.
